During a routine eye exam, Dr. Yepremian not only checks your eyeglass or contact lens prescription but also the overall health of the eyes and body. The eyes can show common systemic conditions (with dilation), such as diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. She also checks for cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration to name a few. Annual eye exams are crucial to the overall health of your eyes and body.
She will gladly fit contact lenses of all types including specialty lenses such as for bifocal, astigmatism, and keratoconus. We also provide co-management of Laser and Cataract surgery. Outside prescriptions are always welcome.
We are conveniently located near the 2, 134, and 210 freeways. You can find our office on the corner of Glendale Avenue and Glenoaks Boulevard. Just look for the house across the street from the 76 gas station. Convenient parking adjacent to the building with the entrance on Glenoaks Blvd.

Dr. Arlene T. Yepremian, O.D.
Dr. Yepremian is a California native who has lived in Glendale for over 40 years. She is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Yepremian has been voted Best Optometrist in Glendale and the Foothills for 2007 and 2008 by the readers of the Glendale News Press. Recently, she was voted as the #1 doctor in the La Crescenta area by RateMDs.com. She has been in practice locally since 1998. Dr. Yepremian has been a clinical examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry since 2002-2014. She was a provider for Glendale Healthy Kids.
Dr. Yepremian believes in providing courteous, individualized and comprehensive personal service in protecting the health of her patients. She makes sure to schedule ample time for your appointment so you never feel rushed through your exam. She also values continuing education meetings to ensure her patients are informed about all the available options to fit their lifestyle needs.
In addition to routine vision care, Dr. Yepremian has a passion for learning how she can advance her care for her patients. She will bring in new technology if she feels it will enhance her exam and care for her patients.
